PAYMENT & DELIVERY //

INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT:

All orders are processed in AUD. You will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate if you are purchasing internationally.


PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed and sent within 5 days of your order being placed (except weekends and public holidays). Any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed and sent the next business day. 
PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME PRODUCTS MAY NEED AN ADDITIONAL 48 HOURS FOR MAKING.


AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE // Due to the challenges presented by COVID-19 there are delays through Australia Post, please bear this in mind and allow for additional time. We promise it's worth the wait :)

Our delivery partner will no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing them to drop your parcel at the door without contact.

All orders are posted from Melbourne via Australia Post.
STANDARD SHIPPING 
Standard shipping with tracking is available for $5.95 on orders under $75.00 
All Australian orders over $75.00 will receive standard shipping for FREE.
EXPRESS SHIPPING 
Express shipping with tracking is available for a flat rate of $8.95

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

STANDARD SHIPPING TO ONLY: USA, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM AND NEW ZEALAND (14+ BUSINESS DAYS APPROX)
Standard shipping with tracking is available for a flat rate of $20 AUD.
We are not shipping to any other countries at this point in time, thank you for your understanding.

CUSTOMS TAXES

Please note that we are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Miss Mariadas is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders internationally, and any customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Miss Mariadas will not refund your order or offer a replacement.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER?

If you have not received your order after the 7 business day threshold for standard registered delivery please contact us via email or our contact form online and we will contact Australia Post on behalf of you. We generally allow one week (five business days) after the estimated arrival date for postage enquiries as we understand that sometimes there can be delays.
